Property Management Company Evaluation Tool

The Agency for Co-operative Housing’s Model Management Services Agreement provides clients with the option of an annual evaluation of the services provided by management companies (clause 18). We have developed an evaluation tool for this purpose, based on those agreement schedules that set out the core property management services and the service levels associated with them. Because an annual evaluation is optional, neither the co-operative nor the manager has any liability if an evaluation does not take place.
