The Governance of Large Cooperative Business

At the core of the co-operative form of business is the claim that it can be clearly distinguished from investor-owned enterprises through its member ownership and governance. How this distinction works in practice, however, has been less clear. Focusing on the world’s largest co-operatives, the first edition of this research study set out to fill gaps in our knowledge.
